As the co-founder of Craftsmen, a software company that provides scalable cloud solutions, I have had the opportunity to lead the company’s growth from a team of 5 to over 70 people. We have earned a reputation as one of Bangladesh’s best software companys to work and grow in, and have been recognized with awards for best startup company and best outsourcing company from BASIS.
During this period, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most gifted engineers, recruiting and mentoring many talented individuals, and having screened over 5k candidates in the process. From that experience, I learned about the traits recruiters look for and how candidates fall short to demonstrate their fit for the role.

Unfortunately, it will not be recorded. However, you will be able to access all resources shared through Discord. -
Is it okay for me to ask questions during the workshop?
Yes, it is encouraged for you to ask questions. There will be a designated time for Q&A where you can ask your own questions or vote for others’ questions to be answered. The questions with the most votes will be answered within the allocated time. -
